Being a co-founder and shareholder of Invest Nosalowy Dwór Sp. z o.o. and Nosalowy Dwór Sp. z o.o. in the years 2011-2014, he was the originator and precursor of new products on the market in the Podhale region, in the condominium sector as well as in the hotel sector. At the moment of leaving the Nosalowy Dwór group, the company fully realized two large investments which are the Rezydencja Nosalowy Dwór I (5 star) and Rezydencja Nosalowy Dwór II (5 star), selling 100% of the apartments in the condo system and preparing a 5 star expansion plan of Art & SPA hotel. In total, the group managed five objects from 3 till 5 stars standard.
In the years 2009-2011, he was the President of the Management Board and the General Manager of Zdrojowa Hotels Sp. z o.o., the Poland's largest holding company investing in hotels and condominium management. He actively participated in sales of hotel services as well as in sales of apartments.
The hotels that he managed have been appreciated and have won a number of prestigious awards including: Marine Hotel (5 star) was the only residence center recommended by UEFA in the West Pomerania Region of Poland for EURO 2012 teams, which resulted in the accommodation of the Danish Team;
In the 2012-2013, Marine Hotel won a Profit Hotels Awards, including: the 1st place in the Business Hotel category, the 1st place of the SPA hotel and the 1st place in the Hotel category of 4 and 5 stars.

He continued his career in the Sales Department and MICE department of the largest hotel resort in Podhale - Nosalowy Dwór Resort & SPA, which consists of 5 hotels in the classification of 3, 4 and 5 star facilities - as the Key Account Manager.
